Céline Gauer is Director General of the Recovery and Resilience Task Force.

She was Deputy Secretary General for Policy Coordination in the European Commission from August 2018 until October 2020.

Before that she was Deputy Director General for Food Safety in the European Commission's General Directorate for Health and Food Safety since March until July 2018.

Prior to that date she was a member of the Directorate General for Competition where she occupied various positions from 1995 until 2018, lately as Director for Energy and Environment.

She studied Law and Economics in France (Sorbonne and Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris).

Lewis is Editor-at-Large at MLex, leading the news agency's editorial strategy, content direction, quality and development. He has a reputation for breaking stories and providing analysis on complex legal disputes before regulators and courts around the globe.

His coverage focuses on competition policy, litigation, regulation and international investigations. A graduate of Oxford University, Lewis worked in academia at the Charles University in Prague prior to becoming an author and journalist. 

Daniel Severinsson is a judge with the specialized Patent and Market Court which handle all civil and administrative competition law cases in the first instance in Sweden. He joined the court when it was established in 2016 and has since been responsible for competition law matters. Judge Severinsson regularly teaches competition law both in house at the Patent and Market Court and internationally for various organizations such as the European Judicial Training Network. 

Judge Severinsson also has several years of previous experience as legal counsel with the Swedish Competition Authority. He obtained his Master of Laws degree at the Stockholm University in 2002.
